Please text (937)748-6363 From Your Car once you are parked. We will let you know if the lobby is free for you to come in. Thank you for your cooperation. We will see you soon!”
Only 1 person in the room with the pet. If you have children that have to come with you to the appointment we recommend doing our curbside appointment to avoid the children having to wait in the lobby.
Masks are required while in the clinic. If unable to wear a mask due to a medical issue you will be asked to do a curbside appointment (due to our rooms being small and unable to stay 6ft apart).

Please follow the signs in the parking lot to the rear of the building and text (937)748-6363 when you are at the back door. Thank you for your cooperation. We’ll see you soon!”
Once someone has come out to escort your pet inside, you will need to pull around to the parking lot and park, so as not to block the alley.
When the doctor has completed the exam and necessary treatment one of our team members will call you for payment and you will asked to pull back around to the back door to collect your pet.
At this time, we are asking that the only people to come into the lobby are those that have an In-Clinic appointment. All others (Tech appointments, Surgery drop-off, Surgery Pick-up and those picking up products will be asked to use our curbside service.
